SLB-300S
SLB-300S is a world's largest-class tunneling machine.
FEATURES
Maximum cutting height is 8.8m, enabling application to large-cross-sectional tunnel excavation for highways and for Shinkansen(Rail ways).
Adopted is a world's largest-class 300kW, 2-speed pole-change motor that offers powerful cutting.
Using a remote control unit, the SLB-300S can be operated at a distance from the operator's seat.
The large cable reel can wind up to 100m of cable to facilitate cable handling.

S200
S200 is a tunneling machine developed for excavation of a wide range of medium to hard rocks.
FEATURES
A 200kW, 2-speeds pole-change motor adopted provides the most efficient cutting force.
In spite of its compact machine body design, the S200 is capable of reaching a working height of 6.0m, offering adequate ability in upper-half areas of tunnels of any size.
The incorporated automatic cutting-load control system (power control) automatically adjusts drum moving speed according to cutting loads, resulting in effectively regulating the excavation force and upgrading the cutting efficiency.
The drum is provided with a water jet-spray system that achieves pick cooling and dust dispension prevention by spraying high-pressure water around the pick front edge.

S100
S100 is enables more efficient tunneling at small cross-section site.
FEATURES
S100 is developed for excavation of a wide range from soft to medium-hard rocks, adjust cutting drum rotation speed according to geological conditions.
Overall width of the S100 is 1.9m and the overall height can be reduced to 1.5m. Even in narrow working places, the S100 provides ample operating space with a wide view available from the operator's seat.
The drum is provided with a water jet-spray system that achieves pick cooling and dust dispension prevention by spraying high-pressure water around the pick front edge. (Optional specification)
The operator station has been human-engineered to provide smooth and effortless machine handling and maneuvering.
